My name is Phoebe Sampson, which means “shining like the sun”. I couldn’t be happier with that, and I want to live up to my name.
My mission for myself is to let my heart shine as brightly and freely and fully as it can. My mission in the world is to help all our hearts do the same.
educational foundation
I don’t remember a time when I couldn’t talk to bodies, it has always been a part of my world. I was introduced to the I Ching as a child, to Buddhist philosophy, Taoist philosophy, and Tai Chi as a teenager. I studied Natural Therapeutic Philosophy, Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, flower remedies, herbal medicine, homeopathic first-aid, Crainosacral Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, and living foods at The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, graduating in 2003 as a Natural Therapeutic Specialist. I began studying Core Synchronism as a student at NMSNT, am a Certified Core Synchronism Practitioner (144 classroom hrs), and have completed more than 370 classroom hours. I studied Classical Homeopathy and The Sensation Method of case-taking for four years at New York School of Homeopathy, and while I do not practice homeopathy, I consider those years of study invaluable to my education, and deeply formative. I studied yoga at the White Lotus Yoga Foundation, and the principles of yoga are also essential to my understanding of the human body, mind, energetic structure, and experience. I am a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, and consider Reiki an invaluable tool in my practice.
